Semester Passing Criteria
Students of Madras University must satisfy certain criteria for passing onto next semester. Failure to do so will lead to a year-back. Below are some of the requirements/eligibility criteria for passing onto next semester:
- Attendance: Students must attend regular classes per their timetable in order to be eligible to appear for the end semester examinations. The minimum attendance that all students must have is 75%.
