VIT seat matrix 2024 indicates the availability of seats for various undergraduate and graduate programs at various campuses of the Vellore Institute of Technology. The VIT Group of Institutions offers 54 undergraduate, 34 postgraduate, 12 integrated, 2 research, and 2 M.Tech industrial programs to provide students with some numbers.
As per the latest update, VITEEE results 2024 was announced on May 3, 2024. Moreover, VITEEE counselling 2024 is ongoing and phase 2 seat allotment will be released on May 21, 2024. Candidates will be allotted seats during the counselling procedure according to the VIT seat matrix 2024.

Candidates achieving a rank between 7500-27500 will be eligible for admission to the Vellore campus. The closing rank for Computer Science and Engineering (with Bioinformatics as a specialization) went up to 7500, while for Computer Science and Engineering, it went up to 15000.

VITEEE 2024 Counselling
As VITEEE 2024 results will be released on May 3, 2024. While the VITEEE 2024 counselling will tentatively take place in May 2024 in various phases. Candidates get the option to fill out their choice of course amongst the various courses that are granted by VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT Bhopal, and VIT Amaravati at the time of VITEEE Counselling. Moreover, the seats are allotted based on merit and availability of seats.

Documents Required for VITEEE 2024 Counselling
Candidates will require the documents given below at the time of VITEEE Counselling 2024:
- VITEEE 2024 Admit Card
- VITEEE Result copy
- Class 10th Board Certificate which will be considered as DOB proof or any age-proof document
- Mark sheet of the qualifying exam
- Community certificate (SC/ST category)
- Nativity certificate (it is for the candidates that belong to J&K, NE states – Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura).
