VIT seat matrix 2025 indicates the availability of seats for various undergraduate and graduate programs at various campuses of the Vellore Institute of Technology. The VIT Group of Institutions offers 54 undergraduate, 34 postgraduate, 12 integrated, 2 research, and 2 M.Tech industrial programs to provide students with some numbers.
As per the latest update, VITEEE results 2025 will be announced on April 30, 2025. Moreover, VITEEE counselling 2025 will start in May, 2025. Candidates will be allotted seats during the counselling procedure according to the VIT seat matrix 2025.

VIT Seat Matrix 2025 for Vellore Campus
VIT Seat Matrix 2025 for Vellore Campus will be released after the release of VITEEE 2025 Result. The VITEEE 2025 result will be released by the authorities on April 30, 2025. Students can check the seat matrix that will be released on the official website to check the number of seats per course.
Based on the last year trend, Candidates achieving a rank between 7500-27500 will be eligible for admission to the Vellore campus. The closing rank for Computer Science and Engineering (with Bioinformatics as a specialization) will go upto 7500, while for Computer Science and Engineering, will go upto 15000.

VITEEE 2025 Counselling
As VITEEE 2025 results will be released on April 302025. While the VITEEE 2025 counselling will tentatively take place in May 2025 in various phases. Candidates get the option to fill out their choice of course amongst the various courses that are granted by VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT Bhopal, and VIT Amaravati at the time of VITEEE Counselling. Moreover, the seats are allotted based on merit and availability of seats.

Documents Required for VITEEE 2025 Counselling
Candidates will require the documents given below at the time of VITEEE Counselling 2025:
- VITEEE 2025 Admit Card
- VITEEE Result copy
- Class 10th Board Certificate which will be considered as DOB proof or any age-proof document
- Mark sheet of the qualifying exam
- Community certificate (SC/ST category)
- Nativity certificate (it is for the candidates that belong to J&K, NE states – Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura).
