VITEEE 2025 exam is a computer-based test that is for a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes or 150 minutes in total. The exam pattern of VITEEE question paper consists of 5 sections and students will attempt either Math or Biology depending on their course combination. The difficculty level of the exam is moderate to difficult.

• Candidates can either opt for the MPCEA combination (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Aptitude) or the BPCEA combination (Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English and Aptitude), and they can make this choice by attempting either Mathematics or Biology while writing the examination
• Candidates that opt for Mathematics will be eligible to apply for all the B.Tech courses across all the VIT campuses
• Those who opt for Biology will be eligible to apply for B.Tech in Biotechnology, B.Tech in Bioengineering, B.Tech in CSE (Specialization in Bioinformatics) and B.Tech in ECE (Specialization in Biomedical Engineering) at the Vellore and Bhopal campuses
