Aditya Institute of Technology and Management (AITAM), established in 2001 by Sri Aditya Educational Society, is a premier technical institution in K. Kotturu, Tekkali, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh. Spread over 50 acres of green and serene surroundings near the Vamsadhara River, AITAM provides a peaceful learning environment with a pleasant coastal climate.

Under the leadership of Chairman Dr. K. Someswara Rao and dedicated management, AITAM offers 8 undergraduate programs (ECE, CSE, CSE-AIML, CSE-DS, IT, EEE, CE, MECH), an MBA, and 5 M.Tech disciplines, accommodating 1,200 students annually. Affiliated with JNTU Kakinada, the institution blends academic rigor with industry-relevant curricula and value-added courses.

The college has 239 faculty members, including 83 Ph.D. holders, and promotes research with 150 publications in the last five years. Facilities include 49 classrooms, 74 laboratories, seminar halls, a digital library, and hostels for 558 students. AITAM ensures 24/7 power supply and extensive sports facilities across 5 acres.

With a consistent 75% pass rate and 70% placement record, AITAM has earned NBA and NAAC accreditations and became a TEQIP-funded institution in 2011. The management invests ₹90 lakhs annually to enhance infrastructure and support faculty research.

Admission Process

• Diploma candidates can apply directly through the institute's admission process via the official website.
• For M.Tech programs, candidates are selected based on GATE scores, while those without a valid GATE score must take the AP PGECET exam.
• Admission to B.Tech programs is determined by the rank/score in AP EAMCET.
• For MBA programs, selection is based on the rank obtained in ICET.
• Diploma admissions are granted based on marks secured in the qualifying examination.

For Diploma and B.Tech

• Aditya Institute of Technology & Management offers B.Tech in 6 disciplines and UG diploma programs in Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
• To be eligible, candidates must have completed 10+2 in the Science stream with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Selection is based on the marks obtained in AP EAMCET.
• The final list of selected candidates is published after the EAMCET counseling process is completed.
• Seat allotment and study center assignment depend on the rank/score achieved by the candidate in the entrance exam.

For M.Tech and MBA

• Aditya Institute of Technology & Management offers M.Tech in 6 specializations and an MBA program.
• To be eligible for M.Tech, candidates must have a B.Tech/B.E. in the relevant or allied discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. Admission is based on a valid GATE score, and candidates without it must appear for the AP PGECET exam.
• For the MBA program, candidates must have a graduate degree with at least 50% marks. Admission is determined by the rank/score obtained in the ICET exam.

AICTE Scholarship Schemes

1- Pragati Scholarship Scheme for Girl Child (Technical Degree)

• Number of Scholarships: 5000
• Award: ₹50,000 per annum for a maximum of 4 years for first-year students, and 3 years for second-year lateral entry students.

Eligibility:

• Girl students admitted to the first year or second year (lateral entry) of a degree course in AICTE-approved institutions.
• Maximum two girl children per family.
• Family income should not exceed ₹8 lakh per annum.

• Family income should not exceed ₹8 lakh per annum.

SWANATH Scholarship Scheme

Objective - To provide support to orphans, children of parents who died due to Covid-19, and wards of Armed Forces/Central Paramilitary Forces martyrs to pursue education.

Eligibility:

• Candidate must be from

• Orphan, or
• Parent(s) died due to Covid-19, or
• Ward of Armed Forces/Central Paramilitary Forces martyred in action.

• Family income must be below ₹8 lakh per annum.
• The candidate should be currently studying in an AICTE-approved institution at the Degree/Diploma level.
• The candidate should NOT be receiving any other central or state government scholarships.

AICTE Post Graduate (PG) Scholarship

Objective

• To promote technical education in India by providing scholarships to students admitted to post-graduate programs.
• Scholarship Amount - ₹12,400 per month

Eligibility:

• Candidates must have a valid GATE/GPAT/CEED score.
• Full-time admission to an AICTE-approved Master of Engineering, Master of Technology, Master of Architecture, Master of Pharmacy, or Master of Design program.
• Students in dual degree integrated programs are eligible from the 9th semester onwards if they have a CGPA of 8 or above.
• Scholarship is available for up to 24 months or the duration of the course, whichever is shorter.
