Library: The Anna University library is located on the main campus's eastern side, in a three-story building. Thirty video cameras have been strategically positioned throughout the library for surveillance. The library has a total of 10,157 registered users. It offers various knowledge-based services to its patrons, including reference, bibliography, MALIBNET, DELNET, reprography, internet browsing, and e-services. Anna University Chennai infrastructure has included a total space of approximately 4122 square meters for the library.

Hostel: The Anna University hostel has fundamental conveniences like water purifiers, entertainment room, racks, TV, clothing administrations, security, and an observation framework. Each AU Chennai hostel room is equipped with a forced-air system, a spring, a scaled-down refrigerator, and a microwave. Anna University also has clothes washers to cater to the needs of the students.
