Anna University scholarships are offered to eligible applicants in various fields like merit and socio-economic background. These scholarships are offered to ensure that the students can pursue their education without any financial hurdles. AU Chennai Scholarships for Master of Engineering

Anna University Scholarship Name	Amount of Scholarship Awarded
Post Graduate Scholarships for Professional Courses for SC/ST Candidates	AU Chennai candidates selected for PG scholarships (under ME/MTech) receive a monthly stipend of INR 7800 for the length of the PG scholarship. For other courses, the Anna University scholarship would be paid at the rate of INR 4500 per month.
Post Graduate Scholarship for Single Girl Child	INR 36200 PA for a period of two years only (full duration of the PG course).
AdiDravidar and Tribal Welfare Scholarship	Government grants an amount of INR 7500 PA for UG and Polytechnic courses. For PG courses, an amount of INR 8000 PA is given.
Post Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities	UG and PG admission and tuition fees: INR 3000 PA (subject to change) (for both hosteller and day scholars) allowance for maintenance. For courses other than Technology and Proficiency at the UG and PG levels: INR 570 per month for hostellers and INR 300 per month for day scholars. For MPhil and Ph.D. students, the monthly fees are INR 1200 for hostellers and INR 550 for day scholars.
Merit Cum Means-Based Scholarship for Students Belonging to the Minority Communities	INR 20,000 PA. Hosteller are paid INR 1000 per month. Day scholars are paid INR 500 per month as an Anna University scholarship.
Post Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities- UGC/AICTE Scheme	In Anna University Chennai, a maintenance allowance of INR 1600 per month for Hostellers and INR 750 per month for day scholars is given. Disability allowance per annum is INR 4000 for the visually impaired, INR 2000 for the hearing impaired, INR 2000 for physically disabled, and INR 2000 for other disabilities. Reimbursement of compulsory non-refundable AU Chennai fees. Book allowance of INR 1500 PA.

Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students	The rate of the Anna University Chennai scholarship is INR 10000 PA at the Graduation level.

Research Fellowship in Sciences for Meritorious Students	For Non-Gate AU Chennai candidates: Ist and IInd year grants, a fellowship of INR 14000 per month, and for IIIrd, IVth, and Vth year grants, a fellowship of INR 16000 per month. For GATE-qualified AU Chennai candidates: 1st and 2nd-year grants, a fellowship of INR 16000 per month, and for IIIrd, IVth, and Vth year grants, a fellowship of INR 16000 per month.
Junior Research Fellowship in Engineering & Technology	INR 14000 per month for the initial two years. And then INR 15000 per month for the remaining period is given as an Anna University scholarship.
Junior research fellowship in Science, Humanities, and Social Sciences	INR 12000 per month for the initial two years of JRF. And then INR 14,000 per month for the remaining tenure of SRF.
Maulana Azad National Fellowship for Minority Students	INR 16000 for the initial two years (JRF). INR 18,000 for the remaining tenure (SRF).
Junior Research Fellowship and Research Associateship for Foreign Nationals	For a junior research fellowship, INR 12000 per month for an initial period of two years at Anna University Chennai and INR 14000 per month for the remaining period. For a research associateship fellowship, an amount of INR 16000 per month (Fixed) for 4 years is awarded.

Fees & Scholarships : The fee structure is provided on the website. All the processes are online.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : We have to clear TANCET exam and have to get state-level ranks.

Placements & Internships : Internship options are there. Top companies come for placement every year. The packages are good too.

Academics & Faculty : We went to college in the evening. The classes were held till 9 PM. Lab classes were taken by good professors.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The infrastructure is quite good, the old building gives quite a good feeling. There is greenery all around. the atmosphere is peaceful. Our classrooms are at the end of the corridor. In short, the campus was really good.

Clubs & Associations : We pay the sports fees and the fee for Alumni Association. There are clubs like hey Cortana NCC, NSS, RRC, and other departmental clubs, etc.

Fees & Scholarships : Anna University, Chennai Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 6780 per semester. The students avail the yearly scholarships that were initiated in the college. Average of 60 members can avail the scholarship in one department. no loans are needed

Entrance Exams & Admissions : eligibility:12th pass. Candidate must have 195/200 cutoff. I didn't take any exams.

Academics & Faculty : The class timing was 8.30 AM assignments have monthly. The quality and method of teaching is likely good. if you study well you can shine like a star.

Clubs & Associations : there are sobmany clubs and events like rotract club, NCC camp, etc. the main festivals are Agni, techofes.. the life in this college is like heaven
