Personality plays a very vital and important role in a student's career. The Training and Placement Department has started Personality Development Program (PDP) with the help of professional trainers as well as experts from the industry. BABA Institute of Technology & Sciences has collaborated with external agencies like Career Forum, Career Launcher etc... for the same. Personality Development Program aims at identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the student. The motive is to develop their soft skills, English speaking, general aptitude and overall personality through expert lectures.

Training and Placement cell provides carrier guidance & Placement facilities to the students to face challenges in job, market under global economic conditions. TAP cell is conducting personality development programmes, carrier skill program with help of professional "Trainers". In addition to this the TAP cell arranges industrial training, industrial visits for our students. Our TAP cell is fully equipped. A specialized Language lab has been set up in our college for developing the communication skills of our students with aide of latest audio - visual, LCD projector, facilities for the conduct of training programmes, conference, seminars and student symposium are made available.
