- Candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations with minimum 50% of marks.
- All SC/ST candidate have 5% of relaxation.

Application Process for B.Sc
- Go to the University Official Website.
- Click on UG Admissions.
- Click on "New Registration"
- Enter all the information asked.
- The email and Phone number will be used for future correspondence.
- Upload a scanned copy of all the documents asked.
- Choose a password.
- The password should be minimum 8 characters including 1 uppercase letter and 1 special character.
- After the registration process, fields namely name, email, date of birth, gender and board roll number can't be changed/modified.
- Applicants must apply in Sports/ECA category before making payment.
- Go to the Payment Getaway Page and pay the application fees.
- Once a payment is made, the applicant will not be allowed to apply in these categories.
- Go back to the UG Admissions Home Page.
- Enter into the Portal using your email Id and password.
- Enter the CAPTCHA shown.
- The applicant can check the status of his/her admission process after login.

Admission Process for B.Sc
- Admission will start after initial screening of qualifying marks of all the applicants.
- Then, merit cutoff list will be released by the University.
- This will be visible on the UG Admissions Portal after Login.
- Students have to report in the respective colleges along with all Original Documents for verification.
- After completion of admission, college authorities will update the admission status of the student on the UG admission portal.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : My course is B.Sc Polymer Science (Hons.) The admission is based on merit. They consider performance of 12th class. At my time the first cutoff went to 95% for general and then it came down to 87% when fifth cutoff list was generated.
