Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, New Delhi was established in the year 1991. BRAC is a constituent co-educational college of the University of Delhi and is funded by Delhi Government. The University has selected the college as one of the Regional-cum-Study Centres to facilitate undergraduate teaching under Personal Contact Programme [PCP] for School of Open Learning [SOL] students. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College Library is equipped with the academic and intellectual needs of its users. The library is spread on two floors and has been renovated to make it more user-friendly. Ambedkar College, Delhi has IT infrastructure with facilities including 123 computer labs, 20 teacher's laptop, 813 laptops for students, 32 printers, 150 LAN terminals, 2 scanners, 27 LCD projectors, 12 online UPS and many other facilities. The college campus is Wi-Fi enabled with controller-based connectivity with 100 Mbps speed internet connectivity. BRAC is under camera surveillance with 71 CCTV cameras.
Auditorium:
BRAC, Delhi has a fully air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of about 250 people. The auditorium is equipped with audio-visual facilities such as floor mikes, hand mikes, a computer, and a screen with a projector. The auditorium assists seminars, workshops, lectures, and debates for the benefits of students and faculties.

The Oriental Bank of Commerce is situated in Dr. Ambedkar College, Delhi campus. The bank is fully computerized providing banking facilities to teaching, non-teaching staff, and students of BRAC. The bank also provides an ATM facility on the campus.
