Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College (BVCEC), Odalarevu was established in 1997. The college is approved by AICTE and affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. The college is accredited by NBA and also by NAAC with an A grade. BVCEC admissions to B.Tech, B.E, and B.Pharm at BVCEC are made based on Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Test (AP EAMCET).

Academics & Faculty : Class starts from 9 am to 4 pm projects and everyday assignments are provided to helps students in study hard. In a semester 2 mid exam are there which will be adding the score to final semester. projects are innovative and interesting. The quality of teaching is little low, the college is located in a small village of Andhra Pradesh most of them are teaching or speaking local language which we don't understand. Actually, the teaching method is almost low for some faculty. My experience is almost 2 out of 5.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The student must have at least 60% of the 10 and +2 final exam. We can be approached to the college for the selection... Submission of certificates like 10, +2 and others mandatory like provisional, transfer etc.. must be done while admission. Two options are available for applying. 1. Management seats- direct admission without exams. 2. We have to write exams to be selected here.

Placements & Internships : Placement like Finance, design, IT, Infosys, and many others are available for 7 to 8 semester. The average salary is around 1.5-4 lakhs... Good facilities are available for the students who are ready to pass out. Alumni network serves the most important role to shape the future of the students.

Fees & Scholarships : Mine was management seats. So the course fee per year is INR.120000 including hostel, mess, college requirements. The scholarship is available for local students. As I am from another state not much facilities are available.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : As per now, 3 different blocks which include ground, first, second, and third floor each.. Hostel was almost good. But sometimes we do have water problem like every hostel does. Hostel fee is INR.48,000 including mess. We do not have many facilities of pgs as the college are taking good care of students from the different place we are safely kept at hostel only. Food facilities, classroom, labs, libraries, dining halls, wi-fi are good all the facilities are perfect.

Clubs & Associations : The student's societies are perfect we are living like brothers. The student from different states of India and from Nepal country are studying here. All are living like real brothers helping each other in needs. Main festivals like EPC( Engineer premier league?, Sports, Tech program, Pongal, yuvagala are organised well. We are living a normal student life in college like we are at home.

Academics & Faculty : Every day 7 classes will be conducted. Every week 6 lab periods of 3 hours each. The teaching is good enough.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : AP EAMCET is the eligibility criteria for Bvc.students also can apply for admission to management quota. I took AP EAMCET exam.The typical cutoffs vary every year.

Placements & Internships : The companies like Paytm, uber hire from our college. INR 3 lakhs is average salary. The alumni network is good.

Fees & Scholarships : INR 50000 p.a is my course fee. 75% of students get a scholarship from the government. The requirements of loans may depend on the family capacity to pay the fee.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are separate college hostels for boys and girls.the Hostel fee is in between 30000 to 50000.food in the college is not bad.

Clubs & Associations : Every year cricket tournaments are conducted. Many students from our college get selected to university teams.

Academics & Faculty : The class timing is from 9:00 am to 3:50 pm. The projects and assignments are done as per the schedule. we have E-class learning and digital class learning.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get admission in this college, the candidate must clear the AP EAMCET exam and must have passed the 12th from a recognized institute. Minimum 40 cutoff mark is required.

Placements & Internships : I haven’t done any internship yet. I don’t know much about the companies taking part in the recruitment drive.

Fees & Scholarships : The college fee is INR 55,000 per annum. The government of AP provides INR 35,000 as a scholarship for all the students who had qualified in AP EAMCET.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : our college provides hostel facility separately for boys and girls. The food is good and I don't know much about the cost. We have a central library with more than 5000 book collection and also with wi-fi facility.

Clubs & Associations : We have Salt of Service a club on our campus. The tech fest, sports day and the cultural fest are celebrated here.

Academics & Faculty : The class starts at 9 am and ends 4 pm. The class work, project are given. Low quality of teaching.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility is to pass in the intermediate exam, admission is done through AP EAMCET exam.

Placements & Internships : I haven’t done any internship yet. Many service-based companies hire our students with an average salary of INR 2,00,000 per annum.

Fees & Scholarships : The fee is INR 60,000 per annum. No, scholarships are available. No one gets scholarships. Loans are needed and it can be availed from SBI.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 hostels and its fee is INR 50,000 per annum. PG's are not available. Food is not good and it costs INR 50 per meal. Classrooms are nice, average maintenance of labs, a central library, no dining halls, no wifi.

Clubs & Associations : No clubs and students societies associated with the campus. Dasara, Sankranthii, technical festival are celebrated.
