LIBRARY-
A library is the heart of an academic institution.The institution encourages all students and staff members to make the best use of the library that has been carefully built up since the inception of the college. The library is housed in a spacious area of 1200 sq.m., The library is fully air-conditioned with internet connection for accessing e-journals and other sites of interest.The library is fully automated with Bees Campus Soft library management software system.Presently there are more than 36,000 books and 6500 reference volumes stacked for the benefit of staff and students.There is an established media resource centre.The library follows the open access system and is encouraging students to browse in the stack area.The library subscribes more than 100 printed journals (both subject and general) and subscribed 3500 e-journals under AICTE mandatory (IEEE, Elsevier (Sciencedirect), Wiley, ASCE, Springer, J-Gate, Mc Graw-Hill and ASTM).They are also a member of Delnet.

Constant addition of titles and volumes in all the fields of Engineering, Management, Basic Science and Humanities is the regular feature of our library. Every effort has been made to obtain all titles recommended by the faculty.

Newspapers, weekly and fortnightly magazines of repute are subscribed to enable the students to keep abreast of day-to-day trends. The library comprises of an Audio-Visual section equipped with CDs.They are having Bar-coding and Internet connectivity. One Xerox machine has been provided for taking copies from library itself.

HOSTELS
AC/Non AC Hostel facilities are available separately for boys and girls within the campus separated by a distance of about 0.5km.The Accommodation is available for 600 boys and 600 girls in the double seated rooms in two and three storied buildings.10 Mbps bandwidth Internet connectivity through 100 Mbps LAN and Wi-Fi.

SPORTS ACTIVITES
Sports participation is a vital aspect for all ages and a powerful medium of interaction with other institutions.College has play courts for several games like Badminton, Cricket, Volleyball, Shuttle, Tennicoit etc., for both men and women.The College has conducted many sports events inside the campus and many of their students have participated in Zonal and State level competitions and won several prizes in various sports events.Inter Departmental Sports Activities are also conducted and several Students have won prizes for their respective departments.Every year they are conducting Engineers premier Cricket league for all branches in the month of August.

EXTRA & CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
BVCEC provides excellent opportunities to students to participate in Extra and  co-curricular activities through forums like 1) ISTE Students & Staff Chapters 2) Alumni Association  3) Departmental Associations,
BVCEC Conducting RESONANCE  (National wise technical symposiums, Paper Presentations), YUVAGALA (College anniversary celebrations) with eminent personalities and celebrities.

TRANSPORT
They have 20 buses to transport students from different locations of the city to the college.A separate bus & 1 A/C bus brings the Associate Professors & Professors to the college.Separate 2 Buses brings the Faculties & Staff to the college.A separate trip for students after regular college hours for sports.A separate trip for students at 7:00 P.M. from library.A separate trip for students for library on every Saturday and Sunday.
