Academics & Faculty : Our classes start at 9.30 a.m and continued till 4p.m. 75% attached is compulsory every year. At the end of every session, there is a final exam and 1..2 internal exams are taken between every session.50% marks are needed to promote to next year. In each subject 50% marks are in theory and 50% in viva/practical. Teaching methods are mainly audio-visual, practical, clinical and lectures.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Homeopathy in nowadays quite popular in our country. In West Bengal, people are very familiar with Homoeopathic and it's medicine but most of them don't know about the eligibility criteria and admission procedure. I have seen many students who are eligible to get a free seat in the entrance examination but took his admission in management quota because before his admission he doesn't even know there is an entrance examination in this course.Here are the following details about this course. BHMS is an undergraduate academic degree course of 5.5 years in the sector of Homoeopathy including one-year internship.This course can be done after 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate and to get admission into this an entrance examination must be cleared. Here in West Bengal, the entrance examination is called JENPARH. Average fees of this course are 4-5 lack in government undertaking colleges and near about 1 lakh in government colleges.There are 4 government and 7 government undertaking colleges in West Bengal.
Placements & Internships : In this course, we have a compulsory internship program for one year before getting the degree. A stipend of an internship student in government colleges is near about Rs.17000 and in government undertaking colleges its near about Rs.4000. After completing this course candidates can get job opportunities in medical line with the salary package of Rs.3.5-5 lakh.
Fees & Scholarships : Our course fees vary from year to year. In our session 2015-16 it was near about 41000 in 1st year,Rs.50000 in 2nd year,Rs.65000 in 3rd year and 1 lakh in the 4th year. Scholarship programs are available for SC/ST and cast minority students. 5-10 students get the scholarship every year. No loans needed.

Academics & Faculty : First of all, MBBS is a hardworking course. You have to study a lot. Although teachers are always available in my college. Last year only 2 classes were postponed. Academically this college is awesome. Last year it ranked 5th in the East India among the medical colleges. Class timings depend on which year you are. Generally the class timings are from 9am-4pm at BHMCH. A bunch of exams is waiting for you every month if you think about admission in this college. The quality and method of teaching are both board and projector type are available..... Lecture theatres are fully air conditioned. Overall experience is that it is a great temple of learning.
Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is Rs 10000 per year. Rest are paid by the government of West Bengal. There are a number of scholarship options available but you can apply for only one. All of the students can get a scholarship if they are sincere about it. All banks are ready to give you loans because you are going to be a doctor after some years from BHMCH.
Placements & Internships : During an internship, you will get a stipend of about Rs 21000 per month. Hospitals are available all over India where you can easily join for a job. Average salary figure is that you can earn more than Rs 15 lakhs per year. Till now 100% placement done in this college. The alumni network is nice at BHMCH.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 6 hostels(all are 5 storeyed) at BHMCH. The fee is only Rs. 12 per month for accommodation. The food is awesome at BHMCH. PGs are available. The PGs cost about Rs 1500 per month. There are 6 canteens in the campus. The cost per is meal is around Rs 35.
Clubs & Associations : The student societies and clubs are available which are Roshnai, Spandan, freshers, saraswati puja, alumni etc. The life in college is great in simple words at BHMCH.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : You have to ensure a good rank in WBJEE entrance examination. The typical cutoff is that you have to rank in top 800 to take admission in BHMCH.
