The placement cell grooms the students for the corporate setting and trains them in different aspects like setting Individual career goals, training as per individual requirement, focused approach, coaching on entrepreneurship, mentoring by industry experts and alumni. The placement cell is also responsible for the coordination with top recruiters and conduct of recruitment drives.

Chetana’s Institute of Management and Research Internships

The Summer internship programme, popularly known as SIP, is an integral part of the academic curriculum of PGDM. For the successful completion of the programme, the students are required to complete the SIP. After completion of the 1st year of the programme, the students are required to work with an organisation for hands-on experience. The duration of the SIP is eight to ten weeks.
During the internship, students have the chance to put whatever they learned in the 1st year of PGDM into practice while working on a business plan or trying out a new industry, job function or organisation. In some cases, even field work can also become an integral part of SIP. The SIP can become a gateway for final placement of the student.
