Sports and Disability Scholarship

This scholarship is provided by DSCE through the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, and DSCE provides this scholarship under two schemes like, the Post-matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities and the Scholarships for Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities.
The students with the specified disabilities defined in the schedule of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act.2016 will be eligible for the scholarships.

Merit-Based Scholarships

This scholarship is provided to students who are above the 80th percentile of successful candidates in the relevant stream from the respective Board of Examination in Class XII of 10+2 pattern or equivalent and pursuing regular courses and not availing the benefit of any other scholarship scheme including State-run scholarship schemes.
It is provided by DSCE scholarships through the Department of Higher Education.

Wards/ Siblings/ Minority Scholarships

Parents of the students should be Beedi, Iron Ore Manganese & Chrome Ore Mines, Limestone & Dolomite Mines, and Cine worker with at least six months of service, including Contract/Gharkhata workers.
Students belonging to six notified minority communities viz. Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, and Parsi (Zoroastrian) studying in India and fulfilling the Scheme guidelines are eligible to apply for these scholarships.

UG/ PG Scholarships

Young achievers with a master’s degree in Science/Engineering and desirous of working on a doctoral program leading to the award of a Ph.D. are invited to apply to the position of: Research Scholars & Scientific Officers. Candidates with research/ industry experience would find preference.
