The Delhi College of Arts and Commerce is a co-educational constituent college of the University of Delhi, located in Netaji Nagar and founded in 1987 under the auspices of the Delhi Administration. The Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC), a prestigious institution of higher learning, is a constituent college of Delhi University and is partially funded (5%) by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
