G S Medical College and Hospital Admission 2026: Check Admission Details

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The entire admission procedure was based on National Entrance cum Eligibility Test (NEET). The cutoffs vary from year to year.

Placements & Internships : Not exactly placement as it is a medical college. But as you all know once you have become an MBBS graduate you can work in any govt. and private hospitals, medical colleges.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee for 4.5 years including hostel is INR 63.75 lakhs. Almost all banks provide loans. I don't have any idea about the scholarships.

Academics & Faculty : I'm a 2nd year MBBS student right now. The class timings are from 8 am to 4 pm (Monday to Friday) and 8 am to 1 pm on Saturday. Exams are conducted timely. Assignments practicals are to be done regularly. Quality and method of teaching are good. College is equipped with all the equipments to provide a better and smart education. Overall experience is great.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are separate hostels for boys and girls which are spacious (2 students in one room). The per year hostel fee is INR 2.5 lakhs. Good furniture is provided, AC's are available, 24x7 electricity. Library with a lot of books, journals, research papers is available. Food quality is satisfactory (not that bad, but can be improved).

Clubs & Associations : There is Cultural fest which occurs every year called SURGE. Sports club is there and many others. In general, the life is good in college.
