Placements & Internships : From the previous batch, almost 90% of the students from the CSE and IT departments got placed from the college because mass recruiters like Infosys and Wipro visited the campus for placements. Many students from different departments also got placed through off-campus placement drives. Placements are good here for the chemical engineering department because there are many chemical industries nearby, and they hire students from the college.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : 60% marks or equivalent in Class X in five subjects (Compulsory subjects - English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. 60% marks or more in Class XII in five subjects (Compulsory subjects - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology (PCM/PCB) & English. JEE MAIN entrance exam must be written.
Fees & Scholarships : B.Tech 4 years (8 semesters) has the fee structure of 1,50,000/-. The Oil Natural Gas Commission, the country’s top-ranked energy company offers this scholarship to fund needy but deserving Indian students hailing from the SC/ST & OBC categories. 50% of the scholarship is reserved for girl students.

Placements & Internships : I have done my intern from Siemens company located in Kolkata where I learn PLC. Some of the companies like Wipro Infosys visited our college. Overall placement was good. 150 out of 900 got selected in these two companies
Entrance Exams & Admissions : My stream is Instrumentation and control engineering. I got admission to this college through Jee mains rank. Eligibility criteria for this college were 60% throughout.This college takes candidates through JEE rank also
Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is INR 40,000 per semester and if u go for hostel accommodation the fees are INR 7,200 per semester. Now it has increased and it is 14,000. There are scholarships for students who get the highest scores in their respective department
Academics & Faculty : Class timing is 9 am to 5 pm. Teachers are quite good. They consider u as ur friend. And clear ur doubts very easily. There is various workshop organized by college.

The food is healthy and it's cost is approx 25 rupees per meal
Clubs & Associations : The students of this institution grab their social activities, and skill by the societies, clubs, and association in the campus such as (HIT INSIDE, SAMPARPAN, HIT TIMES etc). Every year sports association will organize different sports programme, Techfest, megalith, Rivera etc.

Academics & Faculty : We have classes 5 days per week. The class started at 10:10 AM and end at 5:00 PM generally. The teaching methods and quality are good.
