IIM Ranchi MBA Admission 2025

Indian Institute of Management Ranchi offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. It has been the flagship programme of the institute. The institute offers MBA in disciplines such as Human Resource and Business Analytics. 

Currently, IIM Ranchi admits around 250 students per year through the Common Admission Test (CAT), followed by personal interviews. IIM Ranchi fees of the MBA, MBA-HR, and MBA-BA programs for the 2024–2026 batch is INR 17.2 lakh, which does not include the caution deposit, alumni fee, or mess expenses.

• The applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% of the marks, or an equivalent grade point average (CGPA of 45% for candidates from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories).

IIM Ranchi EMBA Admission 2025

IIM Ranchi offers two-year Executive MAB program designed for participants of any discipline, having graduate equivalent educational qualification with a full-time work/professional/entrepreneurial experience of a minimum of 3 years. The course eligibility and selection criteria are given below.

IIM Ranchi EMBA Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be graduation with 50% marks and three years of full time work experience.

IIM Ranchi PhD Admission 2025

IIM Ranchi admission is offered to a four-year Ph.D program and Exceutive PhD program in eight specialisations. An IIM Ranchi Ph.D student gets a monthly stipend of INR 35,000 in the first two years. At the end of the second year, the monthly stipend will be raised to INR 40,000 per month for the remaining period.

IIM Ranchi PhD Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have master’s degree or post graduate diploma or its equivalent in any discipline with first class.
• B.Tech or 4 Years Degree with 6.5 CGPA or equivalent.
• Any professional qualification such as CA/ICWA/CS with a B.Com/Degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average.
• Candidate must have secured a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent) in all their public examinations starting with the secondary level.

IIM Ranchi PhD Selection Criteria

• Candidates who have qualified in GATE, GRE, GMAT and NET-JRF (UGC/CSIR) examinations can also apply in the relevant area of specialization. 
• Candidates who have already obtained a one or two year full-time classroom-based Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or in any specialized area of management from any of the IIMs with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale or equivalent in last four years preceding 30th June, 2024 are exempted from this requirement, and can apply directly through the prescribed application form.

IIM Ranchi PhD Executive Admission 2025

IIM Ranchi offers an executive doctoral programme in various specialisation such as economics, finance & accounting, information systems & business analytics, liberal arts & sciences, marketing, organisation, behaviour & human resource, operations management, srategy & entrepreneurship.

Candidates can pay PhD Executive fees in installment, the first instalment is INR 3.5 lakhs, including ₹50,000 as the refundable caution deposit. The second installment is INR 2 lakh, and at the start of the third year, it is INR 1 lakh.

IIM Ranchi PhD Executive Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates for the Executive doctoral programme in Management should have minimum of 5 years of work experience by 31st March of the target year of education.
• Master’s degree or post graduate diploma or its equivalent in any discipline with first class.
• B.Tech/4 Years Degree with 6.5 CGPA or equivalent (or)
• Any professional qualification such as CA/ICWA/CS with a B.Com/Degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average.

IIM Ranchi PhD Executive Selection Criteria

IIM Ranchi IPM Admission 2025

IIM Ranchi offers full-time 5 year integrated postgraduate programme. The students will be awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the end of the 5-year programme.

The fee for Indian Institute of Management Ranchi IPM for the batch 2024-29 in the first three years will be INR 15.63 lakh excluding caution deposit, alumni fee & mess expense.

IIM Ranchi Admission Entrance Exam
