IIT Madras Scholarship Renewal Guidelines
The IIT Madras Scholarship 2024 will be awarded to various students based on the eligibility criteria. The details of the renewal guidelines are listed below.
- Students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 5 to 8, depending on the respective scholarship criteria in each semester, with no supplementary/repeat examinations.
- The students must maintain 75% or above attendance in all subjects and cumulative.
- No disciplinary action should be initiated/sanctioned against the selected student, including no acts of unlawful behaviour.
- The IIT Madras brand in digital, print, or social media must not be maligned, including promoting, supporting, or sharing content against the university.
- The decision of the IIT Madras Scholarship Committee shall be final applicants and cannot be challenged.
- Failure to follow any of the above criteria results in revocation of the scholarships.
- Students must note that the IITM students will be eligible for only one type of scholarship/concession in a given academic semester or year. If a student is eligible for more than one scholarship, in that case, the student shall receive the highest scholarship/concession offered but not both.
