The IndSearch placement cell provides internship opportunities for students along with placements. In addition, the cell conducts a workshop to prepare students for summer internship drives. The institute has made internships mandatory to prepare and orient students to workplace ethics and realities. IndSearch Placement Cell
The IndSearch placement cell, known as Career Development Cell, provides placement and internship assistance for students. A Career Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) is formed with alumni and eminent people from the industry. The CDAC of IndSearch provides mentoring and counselling sessions for students. The Career Development Cell has ensured that the Interpersonal Skills and Personality Development program is integrated into the institute’s curriculum. The CDC organises guest lectures by experts from the industry and workshops on Presentation Skills and Negotiation Skills.

The internship will give students hands-on experience with workplace ethics and realities.
