Jaihind College of Engineering BE Admission 2024 

Jaihind College of Engineering offers Bachelors of Engineering (BE) under various disciples. Admission is granted using a two-step screening process. In the first step, applicants are screened on the basis of eligibility criteria. The second step screening is done on the basis of marks scored in the CET or JEE Main Paper 1 entrance exam. Jaihind College of Engineering BE Eligibility Criteria

Admissions to the courses require a minimum of 12th or equivalent qualification. More details regarding eligibility are as follows. 

  • Candidates must have passed HSC or equivalent in Science with at least 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and either of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical or Vocational subjects (At least 45% for students belonging to reserved category).
  • Diploma in Engineering and Technology candidates must have obtained at least 50% marks in the appropriate branch of engineering (At least 45% for students belonging to the reserved category).
  • Those who have passed B.Sc. from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (At least 45% for students belonging to the reserved category) are also eligible to apply.

BE selection criteria is based on merit. For students from Maharashtra state, a CET score is mandatory. For other All India candidates, either CET score or JEE Main Paper 1 score can is compulsory.

Jaihind College of Engineering ME Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates of Indian Nationality can apply for this course provided by JCOE. Candidates have to obtain a score in the Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) entrance exam in order to be eligible to apply for the ME course.

  • They must have passed a Bachelors degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology with at least 50% marks in the appropriate branch of engineering (At least 45% for students belonging to the reserved category).
  • Sponsored candidates must have a minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/or research institute/any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field. 

Jaihind College of Engineering ME Selection Process

ME selection process is based on merit or marks obtained in the last qualifying examination. The selection process also considers marks in the Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) entrance exam. Applicants are advised to pay the admission fee as per JCOE fee structure.
