JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Hyderabad was established in 2015. The college is the brainchild of Dr. J. Rameshwara Rao. The college is under the aegis of Jeeyar Integrated Vedic Academy [JIVA]. The campus of the college covers around 10 acres of land.

JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College, Hyderabad courses include Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery [BHMS]. 100 students can get admitted to the program. Admissions are as per NEET counselling. The college is affiliated to Ministry of Ayush, Central Council of Homeopathy, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences and Dr NTR University of Health Science.
