Infrastructure Facilities at Kakatiya Medical College [KMC], Warangal:

Kakatiya Medical College [KMC], Warangal is spread over 152.17 acres of land and it has an impressive auditorium with an open-air stage constructed behind the college which can accommodate 500 people.

Library:

• The KMC library was constructed in the year 1959.
• There is a separate Library building consists of 1200 sq.mts. in three big halls and small halls including one AC Reading Room.
• The library is having 33737 books, out of which 8503 are bound volumes of back journal.
• The library also follows the Dewey Decimal Classification and Dictionary cataloging system.
• KMC library has also subscribed to the NTRMEDNET consortium and digital library through which they have access to 541 online journals and 998 Medical E-books online.

Hostels:

• The institute has a separate hostel facility for both boys and girls which can accommodate up to 750 students.
• Hostels are provided with guest room facility for the stay of parents.
• A separate room is provided for watching television and reading newspapers.
• The mineral water facility for drinking purpose is also available in the hostel.
• An ambulance facility is also available at the hostel campus.

Sports:

Every year the institute organizes sports festival in the name of 'UTKARSHA' in a grand way. Final year batch will lead this event. Along with this they also host staff sports annually.

Some of the facilities available for sports on the campus include:

• Indoor Badminton Hall with two courts
• Cricket grounds with turf wicket with four permanent nets
• Basketball court with flood lights
• Football ground with full of gross
• Volleyball courts (2)
• Tennis Courts (2)
