Lady Shri Ram College Placements Cell

The LSR college Placement Cell serves as an interface between the students and the Corporates. Apart from bringing a varied list of Recruiters to the campus, The Lady Shriram college Placement Cell also organizes talks, study abroad seminars, internship opportunities, and workshops for the collective student body. As an added feature skill-building workshops such as workshops for Personal Interviews and Group Discussions and Personality Development have been introduced to help make the Placement Cell more like a ‘Career Services’ Unit rather than just for Final Placements.

LSR New Delhi Internship Program

The Placement Cell also organized internship opportunities for the collective student body. As of March 2018, about 320 companies successfully recruited interns through the Placement Cell of LSR during this year. Nearly 300 internship offers were rolled out with over 150 industry giants like Nestle, Dell, Bloomberg, AIGto name a few. Over 150 paid internships were offered to the students. The highest internship offer stands at INR 1,50,000 for 2 months. The average stipend for paid internships was nearly INR 9,750 per month. The cell also hosted socially geared initiatives with organizations like Asmat, Yes Bank fellowship, Amnesty International, ED Times, Outlook Magazine, and Feeding India. Internship opportunities in the fields of Photography, Videography, Designing, and Event Management were also provided which were lesser gauged in the last few years.
