The college is approved by AICTE and Government of Madhya Pradesh. It is affiliated to Rajeev Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and Devi Ahilya University. It is a unit of Gyan Vigyan Krida Vikas Sansthan, Indore. Mathuradevi Institute of Technology & Management Courses are MBA, BE and MCA.
