MS Ramaiah College of Arts, Science, and Commerce was founded by Late Dr M.S. Ramaiah in 1994 under Gokula Education Foundation. The college started to provide quality education for everyone. The college ensures that its students are well-rounded individuals that serve mankind, as well. MSRCASC provides a conducive learning environment with all the necessary facilities, highly qualified faculties, and strong student support. To develop communication skills and interests, the college offers additional courses in Personality Development, Communicative English, and  Soft Skills.

MSRCASC Banglore offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Arts, Science and Management streams. The MS Ramaiah College of Arts Science and Commerce Admission is based on the entrance exam conducted by the appropriate body as approved by the Government of Karnataka. The college offers 7 UG and 6 PG programs approved by UGC.
