Laboratories:
Our science department ( Physical & Bio) have spacious and well- equipped laboratories to impart young learners satisfactory practical training. we are proud of our computer lab (software and hardware) to cater to a large number of students in computer science (Hons & gen) and in I. T.
Library & Book Bank:
The central library of our college has a stock of more than 40,000 books covering all subjects in our learning program. The library is partly computerized and further updating is in progress. Under the supervision of a qualified librarian and other personnel, the college library serves the students of the three shifts with ample care. There is a students’ Book Bank having a stock of some 13,000 books an all subjects of study. Hons. students also enjoy the facility of borrowing books from their respective departmental libraries. Internet facility is being made available in the college library.
Computer Centre:
Our College takes legitimate pride in its separate Computer Centre housed in a building erected under the financial support of Hon’ ble M. P. Sri Swadesh Chakroboty from his LAD fund. The Centre has computers with all accessories to satisfy the requirements of Computer Science (Hons. and gen) and B.Com I. T. students. Besides, our Physical and Bio Science departments have their own Computers. Efforts are being made to further equip our Central Computer Centre and the departments.
Health Clinic:
The college runs its own Health Clinic for students, teachers and members of the staff. Apart from the general practitioners, a specialist psychiatrist visits the clinic to render valuable service.
Games and Sports:
Our college has been holding a prestigious position in games and sports in the district and state-level meets. football, cricket, athletics, chess, tennis are the games in which our students have particularly excelled.
Canteen:
The College Canteen serves quality food to the students, teachers and staff-members at reasonable prices. The canteen is subsidized by the college and it caters to the requirements of all the three shifts.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Two hostels each for boys and girls. Yes, PG is available. Food quality is also very good, And every classroom has a very neat appearance.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria were 60% which is quite moderate. After that admission procedure is not so hard; after proper documentation, we can easily step into the college.
Placements & Internships : I am getting stipend of rupees 5000 in Hotel Management Course; looking forward to completing my MBA course also.
Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is nearly about 22,000 per year; many scholarships are available in the market now, Like Kanyashree, Akhyashree, student credit card scheme.
Academics & Faculty : The time is 9:00 Am to 3:00 pm. The quality and method of teaching are Well, and the college experience is really fabulous.
Clubs & Associations : We do play sports and inside games with friends. Life in college is like grown-up kids. We can say just one step ahead from school to college.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : hostels are not available. PGs may available. There's a small canteen in this college. Quality of food is not bad and affordable. Quality of classroom is very good. Classrooms and labs are wifi enabled. Parking space available. College buildings are surrounded by trees. There are a pond and a playground in this college.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Hi. I got admission in 2015. The eligibility criteria is a student should have a minimum of 50% marks in 12th Board or equivalent. First, you need to fill up the online form, then the college release a merit list. Selected candidates usually having 60% and above. Then you need to book your seat on the dates provided online. You need to pay the fees in the college bank. There is no admission test in this college for Bachelor degree courses.
Placements & Internships : I am sorry but I don't think that there is a placement system provided in our college.
Fees & Scholarships : College fees are nearly INR 5,000 per annum. Loans are not needed in our college. I am not sure about the scholarship in this college. There are concessions in college fees for SC, ST, OBC and financially challenged students.
Academics & Faculty : There are 3 shifts a day. Morning 7 am to 12 noon, then 10 am to 2.30 pm, and 3 pm to 7 pm. Professors here are very helpful. They treat students very carefully. The study material provided by the college is good. The library has a huge collection of text, reference books. There is only one test before university exams every year. Overall experience in college is not bad. Academically this college is one of the famous colleges in Howrah city.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : A student needs to have a minimum of 70% marks in his/her 12th board to select their choice of honours subject.
Placements & Internships : Placements are provided on our campuses.
Fees & Scholarships : My course fee is around INR 10,000 per annum. Scholarships are available on the campuses. An average number of students are able to cover their scholarships. No loans are required here.
Academics & Faculty : Classes are conducted from 10:30 am to 4.30 pm. Indeed some teachers are good. My overall experience is average.
Clubs & Associations : There is however only one gym available. Saraswati Puja and Republic Day are the main festivals on the campuses. In general college life is average.
