Library: The Patna University library is situated in a three-storied building constructed in a 53,250 sq. feet area, exclusively for library purposes. It was inaugurated by Dr C.D. Deshmukh, the then chairman of the University Grants Commission, New Delhi. It has a wide and spacious reading room for postgraduate and undergraduate students and periodical cabinets of authors, titles and subjects. The stack room offers books on philosophy, religion, social science, humanities and law. It caters to the needs of the students, staff and research scholars. The library has been connected to internet and steps are being taken to computerise the working. The departmental library has been subscribing to the most prestigious journal, like Economic & Political Weekly, Mainstream, Gandhi Marg, Seminar etc. 

Hostel: The institution provides facilities for hostel accommodation for both boys and girls. The hostel at Patna University is spacious, safe and secured with a cordial environment and surrounded by pleasant landscapes. A hygienic kitchen has been provided in each hostel with large dining halls. The Patna University hostel rooms are well furnished. The college has 4 ladies hostels accommodating more than 1400 borders and 7 boys hostels with more than 2500 borders. It has round the clock Wi-Fi connectivity and a medical facility. Proper hygienic conditions and strict supervision are maintained in the hostel.

Transportation: The college has its dedicated transport for the day scholars, covering the entire city. Route plans are chalked out, keeping in mind the convenience of the students. The institute has deployed twelve medium-sized buses to save students commuting to and from the institute time.
