Placements & Internships : I have done an internship at bsnl but it was arranged on my own and no Stipend was paid to me. No such prominent/key company comes to Roorkee Institute of Technology for placement. 4 lakhs is the maximum package. The Alumni network is poor.

Academics & Faculty : Daily routine starts from 9:30 am and class finishes till 4:30 pm (class timings). Projects are upto you only..otherwise projects are mandatory only in the forth year and all project work are to be done by ourself only. Assignments are given in the form of tutorials every 10 or 12 days on average. Quality of teaching is average we are meant to stress only on theoretical purpose all practical work is totally upto you how capable you are to excel your practical knowledge through coaching or online tutorials. Method of teaching is only to finish the course till time that's it only some teachers stresses on quality of education. Overall experience is that here mainly stress is on attendance not on the students potential and knowledge. If we to excel her here we have to boost ourself on our own.

Fees & Scholarships : Course Fee for Roorkee Institute of Technology Per semester is Rs 44150. Average scholarship per class is sometimes 2 might sometimes 0 because scholarship criteria is very high more than 80 % only . Loans are not easily available only if you have some source then you can get loans.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 2 hostels are there one for boys and one for girls . Hostel fees is Rs 54000 per annum. PGs are there but not a sound place to survive Average pg cost is as low as 2k. Food is average and the cost per thali is Rs 40. Classrooms libraries and labs are okay. wifi is poor and infrastructure of Roorkee Institute of Technology is average.

Clubs & Associations : Students mostly are from rural areas. Clubs and student societies are poor. Anugoong is the main festival on Roorkee Institute of Technology campus. Life is good for those who don't want to go colllege on a daily basis and finds soundness at home only. In general, it feels very exhausting to stay in college because timings are very large and we are not allowed to get out of the college till 3 pm

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You can take direct admissions in Roorkee Institute of Technology. Mostly there is no eligibility criteria it only 45 % in 12th Sometimes might less marks than this are also considered.
