Smt Kashibai Navale Medical College and General Hospital was started by President Prof.M.N. Navale and is operated by the Sinhgad Technical Education Society. The hospital was started in the year 2006 and is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Science Nashik. However, the college was started in the year 2007 with a student strength of 100 in the MBBS program.

The college was incepted with a mission to develop students holistically and to generate, share and preserve knowledge for the society by imparting unique value systems, excellent academic and physical environment which incites creative learning among the student fraternity. Smt Kashibai Navale Medical College Admission is done for Undergraduate, Postgraduate courses and Diploma Courses. The sanctioned intake for MBBS is 150 Students.

The hospital consist of 4 building blocks, the hostel facilities are provided to the graduate and postgraduate student of MBBS stream. The facilities provided by the hospital include beds for teaching, ICU, and casualty beds. The college has 3 Haemodialysis machines an R.O plant for dialyzing Acute / Chronic Renal Failure patients. Year after year, there has been a gradual increase in the number of patients who are availing the services of IPD and OPD. Due to the increase in the patient number, the infrastructure of every department has been increased for providing care to sick and needy people.
