Library

The College has built a spacious Central Library spanning a total floor area. Combining aesthetics with utility, the modern Library houses more than 13,000 titles and subscriptions to over 20 national and international journals. The Library comes with provision for modern facilities including Library Automation, Media Center, Stock Section, Reference Section, Issue Section with advanced computers and other peripherals. The Reference section is complete open access. This section is available for reference purpose between 8 am to 12 am on all working days and 8am to 4.30 pm. The Library reading space can accommodate nearly 200 students. Separate reading space is available for staff and students. Digital Library is also available with latest configuration systems for the benefit of the students.

Computer Laboratory

Language Lab

The Language Lab has trained language instructors and an entire collection of medium like audiocassettes, videocassettes, laser discs, CD-ROMs and DVDs for the students to hone their listening, comprehension and communication skills as well as prepare for TOFEL and IRE Tests.

Sports & Games

Sports activities occupy a significant part of the college curriculum at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology. We have excellent facilities with latest updated equipments & accessories.

Transport

The College provides its own transportation for students residing outside the campus. The transport facility is provided to students commuting from all parts of Srikakulam and surrounding areas like Srikakulam, Amadalavalasa, Narasannapeta, Tekkali, Palakonda, Rajam etc.,

Internet

The Total campus is completly connected with Wi-Fi technology and Internet Centre is well equipped with total 60 computers and all are connected through Local Network. A 4 Mbps wireless connection caters for the Internet facility and the Email solutions.
There are over 600 students are utilizing this facility.
Internet Centre is equipped with the latest Softwares and Hardware Configuration which is required for the high quality service. Students can download various topics from Internet for their educational purpose.

Hostels

Separate hostels for boys & girls are available. The girls’ hostel can accommodate 200 students.
Hostel is provided with modern amenities such as recreation room including facilities for indoor games.
All the rooms in the hostels have been provided with fans and are modestly furnished. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are available to the students.
The atmosphere in the hostel is conducive to the development of the cosmopolitan outlook. Owing to the national character of the College and its hostel, the students develop integrated personalities over a period of harmonious living in the hostels.
A certain measure of self-governing, decision making and problem solving is involved in the hostel administration. This aspect of the college hostel life promotes the students' sense of responsibility and sensitive self-awareness.
