For SRMIHMCT Admissions 2025, candidates must pass 10+2 with an aggregate of at least 35%.

Candidates must visit the Official Website of the institute, register and pay online.
They must fill the application form thoroughly without missing out any mandatory fields.
They should keep the following self-attested scanned documents ready before filling the application form:
- Passport sized (dimension 200 x 230 pixels preferred) photograph
- signature (dimension 140 x 60 pixels preferred)
An application number will be generated after the submission of the application form. Candidates must save this number for future reference.

This filled up application form then must be downloaded and sent with the DD for INR 1100/- drawn in favour of SRMIST, payable at Chennai

Admissions for the majority of the programs at SRMIHMCT, Chennai is done through a National level entrance examination conducted by SRM University.
In addition to that, candidates must fulfil the requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination as well.
The eligible candidates will be called for counselling.
Candidates can choose their program in a particular campus.
Selected candidates must pay tuition fees and other applicable fees during the counselling.
The college will issue Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL) to confirm the candidate's admission.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria is 12th pass in any stream for getting into SRM Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. No entrance exam is required. The cut-off is 60%
