Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech:

M.Tech (Power Electronics):

• Candidates must have passed B.E/ B.Tech Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication from the recognized university and secured with an aggregate of 50%.
• The candidates who belong to SC/ST category must have passed B.E/ B.Tech Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication from the recognized university and secured with an aggregate of 50%.

M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering):

• Candidates must have passed B.E/ B.Tech Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication, Information Science from the recognized university and secured with an aggregate of 50%.
• The candidates who belong to SC/ST category must have passed B.E/ B.Tech Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication, Information Science from the recognized university and secured with an aggregate of 45%.

M.Tech (Digital Electronics & Communication):

• Candidates must have passed B.E/ B.Tech Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication, Information Science from the recognized university and secured with an aggregate of 50%.
• The candidates who belong to SC/ST category must have passed B.E/ B.Tech Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication, Information Science from the recognized university and secured with an aggregate of 45%.
