Cutoff-Surendra Institute of Engineering and Management (SIEM), established in 2009 by the Bidya Bharti Foundation, aims to provide top-notch infrastructure and quality education to students in North Bengal and surrounding areas. SIEM offers a B.Tech in five streams, approved by AICTE and affiliated with the West Bengal University of Technology. Admission is based on the WBJEEM exam.
