SIBM Bangalore NER Scholarships for Students from North-East Region

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Bangalore scholarships are offered to meritorious students in the Northeast Region of India (NER). The states include Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Tripura and Manipal.

This SIBM Bangalore scholarship waives only the academic fees. The rest of the expenses must be taken care of by the student. The eligibility criteria and documents required for this scholarship are elucidated below.

NER Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

• Only “NER” students are eligible for this SIBM Bangalore scholarship 2024.
• Indian, NRI, OCI, and PIO students are not eligible for this scholarship.
• International students in short-term, doctoral and part-time programs are not eligible.
• Candidates must pass 10+2 with more than 50% marks in aggregate.
• Postgraduate students also must pass their graduation with 50% or more marks.

Documents Required for NER Scholarship

• A valid domicile certificate is required.
• Letter of recommendation from a Gazetted Officer/Principal of School/college.
• Statement of Purpose
• Proof of Academic Scores/Marksheets
• Any other document that the SIBM Bangalore Scholarship Committee requires during admission. 

SIBM Bangalore International Scholarship

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Bangalore is offered to eligible international students admitted into the college. The scholarship waives off the academic fees of the Foreign National Students.

The eligibility criteria and documentation requirements of this scholarship are given below.

Eligibility Criteria and Documents Required

• A valid foreign passport is required.
• Only “Foreign National” students are eligible for this SIBM Bangalore scholarship 2024.
• Indian, NRI, OCI, and PIO students are not eligible for this scholarship.
• International students in short-term, doctoral and part-time programs are not eligible.
• Candidates must pass 10+2 with more than 50% marks in aggregate.
• Postgraduate students also must pass their graduation with 50% or more marks.
• Students must also appear for an English Proficiency Test conducted by the British Council (IELTS). A score of 6 or the IELA Test with a minimum band of 3 is required for this SIBM Bangalore scholarship 2024 eligibility.
