This cell aims at grooming of students by enabling their technical & managerial skills. The cell further guides the students to prepare for different national / state level competancy exams to get qualified for varios levels jobs in public sector and also cater the need of self-employment through technical & managerial assistance thus enabling the future entrepreneurs to start their own ventures.

Guest sessions from industry experts enable students to grapple with the real life industry situations while hands on their academic learning. These exposures make the students ready and mature enough to work on their duties diligently in the organization where they are employed.
