The Humanities wing of this college is very strong. English, Bengali, Political Science, Philosophy and History are taught in this college. Among Science subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany and Physiology departments draw a large number of students. Our B.Ed. section is one of the oldest centres in Howrah District and contribute significantly in Teachers' Training since its budding.

Admission Process

• Click on “New Registration” and register as a new candidate by filling out the details.

• Pay the application fee.
• Submit the application form on or before the stipulated date.

General Guidelines

• Fee Once Deposited  will not be refunded in any case.
• Students are advised to note that a minimum of 75% attendance in theory and practicals (where held) is statutory binding for Arts/ Science/ Commerce stream for allowing them to appear at the examination. Those who fail to put in 75% attendance may not be allowed to appearatthe examination.
• Holiday notices will be put up on the College Notice-Boards/ Website as and when required.
• The amount of fee payable shall be displayed on the Notice-Boards/ Website and the applicants/ students are required to pay accordingly in the form of Bank-Draft Only at the time of admission.
