In 1977, Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College, or VRSEC, became the first private college in Andhra Pradesh to offer undergraduate engineering education and the first private college in the state to offer postgraduate engineering programs.

Hostels- The VRSEC hostels are more than just four walls and a roof; they are a home away from home. They were created to provide a comfortable, safe, inclusive and secure living environment while allowing students to build lifelong connections and smooth the transition from high school to college.
Canteen- The Food Court is a food court that serves non-vegetarian and vegetarian food at reasonable prices. Fast food outlets are also available, which offer fast food options for those who want to try different cuisines. The university has a variety of hygienic food facilities.
Library- Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College has 74,753 volumes with 18,445 titles of books and about 1061 back volumes of scientific and technical periodicals. The VRSEC library follows the open access system, encouraging the user to browse freely.
Bank Facilities- Canara Bank, the VRSEC branch, is located inside the campus to facilitate transactions. Canara bank has provided students and staff with an ONLINE banking facility enabling them with 24*7 access to banking services for 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Students can do their monetary transactions in this extension centre, and no need to travel back to town.
Sports Facilities- JNTU Kakinada provides excellent facilities for various sports, including football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, shuttle service, and entertainment. There is also a gym, an indoor stadium, a playground, and tennis courts at the institute.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 2 hostels, each for boys and girls fee 6000 per month. You can stay in private hostels or rooms 4,500 per month. Food is good 40 per meal Classrooms, labs, libraries are okay Wi-Fi is a little bit poor

Placements & Internships : No, I haven't done any internship. HCL company hired in our college and the average package was 3.2 Lakh per annum and highest was 11 Lakh per annum.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Girls hostel is available in our college campus itself and no boys hostel is available.freshers will be having individual hostel so that no ragging can be done, hostel fee is 2000 per month without including the mess bill. many PG s are available near our college and their cost varies from 4k-6k depends on amenities provided by them. Food in our college is so good to taste and costs are also reasonable. Each meal costs 40 rs .quality of classrooms, labs, libraries, dining halls, and wifi availability is also so good.
Placements & Internships : Yes, I did my internship at polavaram spillway, companies like TCS , Amazon, etc will hire from our campus, avg salary figure is 4L per annum, with highest salary figures of 9L and mostly 40% of students will get placements. our college has an alumni network of 40 years and all are working with reputed companies.
Fees & Scholarships : College fee per year is 1 lakh Rs,state-sponsored scholarships are also available and mostly 70% of students get benefited from this scholarships.No, no loans are needed to pay the mostly if in some cases needed loans will be easily given from syndicate bank of vrsec college branch itself.
Academics & Faculty : Class timings are so comfortable from 9:30 to 3: 30, projects are also innovative and most of the help will be given by the college management only, exams and assignments are also student friendly. Students time is used so qualitatively and productively.by showing video lectures and by organizing seminars with modern ideas and techniques.my overall experience with this college is so good.
Clubs & Associations : Many student associations are there in our college and many societies also there,like Ncc,Nss,vrsec student club,IGC student club,sports club etc are there.technical fest and cultural fests are like eye feast .life of students in college is like a parrot released from cage
