Vivekananda Institute of Technology Courses Fees & Eligibility Criteria

Vivekananda Institute of Technology (VKIT) provides engineering programs to its students at the UG & PG levels. To get into the B.E./B.Tech those programs have six specializations, the tuition fee of INR 7.4 Lakh is there and the eligibility is 10+2 % marks 45 with COMEDK UGET or KCET scores. For postgraduate programs there is M.E./M.Tech with two specializations which cost a tuition fee of INR 1.3 Lakh. For these programmes the eligibility is a graduation degree with 50% marks and Karnataka PGCET score is mandatory.

Vivekananda Institute of Technology Admission Process

For B.E/B.Tech admissions, candidates must have passed their 12th standard examination in the science stream with PCM i.e., Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the subjects.

Eligibility of admission is given a preference pay mark obtained in Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) or Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Under Graduate Entrance Test (COMEDK-UGET).

Merit-based Scholarships

Which are awarded by the college to any student that has performed exceptionally well academically.

This has the effect of motivating top performers or in other words promoting academic achievement.

Category-based Scholarships

Nearly 95 percent of the total amount in the form of full tuition waiver has been provided to the Tested Category students particularly SC/ST students.

About INR 18,000 BC Category scholarships are available for the general category students.
