AAU VET Eligibility Criteria 2023 are designed by Assam Agricultural University. Candidates aspiring to appear for AAU VET 2023 need to first check if they satisfy all the AAU VET Eligibility Criteria 2023 implied in the entrance examination. - Educational Qualification: The candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology/ Agriculture/ Forestry with a minimum of 50% marks for General/ OBC/ UPS category candidates and 40% marks for SC/ ST/ DAC from a recognized board of education.
- Age Limit: A candidate opting for an undergraduate degree programme should be a minimum of 16 years of age as on 1st August 2023 (i.e. must have been born before 01‐08‐2004) for all the programmes other than B.V.Sc. & A.H.
- Note: The candidates serving as JRFs/ SRFs/ RAs at AAU are eligible to apply for admission into the postgraduate programmes subject to fulfilment of other eligibility criteria.

- Registration
- Candidates should register with basic details such as Name, Email, and Mobile Number.
- Upload scanned photograph and signature (Dimension of the photograph should be 3 cm X 4 cm with a size maximum of 50 KB and a minimum of 20 KB. The Dimension of the signature should be 3 cm X 1 cm with a size maximum of 30 KB and a minimum of 15 KB. The Signature and Photograph should be in '.jpeg' or '.jpg' formats.
- The Registration will be completed once the Photograph and Signature are uploaded.
- Fee Payment: Candidates must pay the registration fee online (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking). Candidates will receive an SMS confirming payment receipt from AAUADM.

General Instructions of AAU VET 2023
Applicants must understand the AAU VET 2023 instructions which are mentioned below and must follow them.
- The candidates are requested to submit the AAU VET Application Form 2023 online. Request for a change of information in the submitted application will not be accepted in any case.
- As there will be no entrance examination held for AAU VET 2023, applicants need to know that the merit list will be based on their qualifying examination scores.
- No separate AAU VET Counselling 2023 call letters will be issued for the candidates appearing in the counselling. The list of candidates in order of merit will be uploaded on the University website www.aau.ac.in.
- The candidates have to submit the payment slips, confirmation sheet, and self‐attested copies of all relevant documents at the time of counselling, failure of which will result in cancellation of his/her candidature. The candidates must produce the original documents during counselling.
- Candidates, if selected, should have to accept the admission immediately after the counselling on payment of necessary fees as given in the Information Bulletin. A candidate failing to accept admission on the day shall cancel the seat.
- Failure to report as per time schedule to the Selection Committee in person shall have no claim for the seat.
- Appearing in counselling does not guarantee the right to admission to any programme. Selection Committee has the right to reject or accept a candidate under the rules.
- If the seats are filled before the candidates appear for counselling, the University will not be responsible for the non‐availability of seats.
- Candidates once admitted to the inter‐college transfer will not be permitted in subsequent counselling.
- No relaxation on the above regulation will be allowed under any circumstances.
