AP EDCET Eligibility Criteria 2025

The AP EDCET eligibility criteria are set by Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Amravati. Candidates belonging to citizens of India are eligible to apply for this exam.

AP EDCET 2025 Age Limit

The candidates applying for the exam must be at least 19 years old to be eligible for the exam. There is no upper age limit.

AP EDCET 2025 Educational Qualification

Certain educational qualifications must be fulfilled before the candidate can apply for the AP EDCET exam. Some of these have been discussed below.

• The candidates should have completed the final year or must be in the last year pursuing B.Com/BBA/B.A/BCA and B.Sc courses.
• Candidates should have undergraduate and postgraduation degrees with 50% marks.
• Candidates who have completed B.E/B. Tech (with Physics and Mathematics) with 50% marks are also eligible to apply for the exam.
• Candidates who have 5 years of integrated degree courses in any relevant subjects can apply for the exam.

AP EDCET Application Form 2025

The AP EDCET 2025 application form submission will be initiated online in April 2025 (tentatively). The last date for submission without a late fee will be May 2025 (tentatively). Candidates can submit the AP EDCET application form 2025 with a late fee payment of INR 1000 until the date specified by the authorities.

The correction window for AP EDCET 2025 will open in May 2025 (tentatively) for candidates who have already submitted their application forms.

Steps to Apply for AP EDCET 2025

Candidates can follow the steps below to fill out and submit the application forms for AP EDCET 2025.

Step 1: Pay AP EDCET 2025 Application Fee

The initial step for the AP EDCET 2025 application is to pay the application fee. To pay the fee, applicants must enter the following details.

• Diploma/B.Sc Hall Ticket Number
• Candidate's Name
• Date of Birth (as per SSC/Equivalent)
• Mobile Number & Alternate Mobile Number
• Email ID
• Category
• Payment Options (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card).

Step 2: Check Application Fee Payment

The next step is to check the application fee payment status. Candidates can check their payment status by entering the required credentials such as the Diploma/B.Sc Hall Ticket Number and Mobile Number. After entering the credentials, click on the 'Check Payment Status' button. If the status is positive, proceed with further steps. If not, contact the exam conducting body.

Step 3: Filling of AP EDCET 2025 Application Form

After paying the application fee, candidates can access the application form by entering the required credentials, which are as follows.

• Payment Reference ID
• Diploma/B.Sc. Hall Ticket Number
• Mobile Number
• Date of Birth.

Once the above details are entered, click on the 'Proceed to Fill Application' button to get access to the application form. Enter all the required details on the application form and follow the directions as mentioned on the page.

Step 4: Take a Printout of the Application Form

The final step is to print out the application form after submitting it. Candidates must enter the required credentials to access the application details and print the application form.

AP EDCET 2025 Application Fee

The application fee is different for all candidates applying for AP EDCET 2025. Candidates also have to pay the processing fee. The payment can be made using net banking, credit card, or debit card. Candidates can also pay the application form fee in cash at any AP Online/ Online centers.

Candidates will have to pay a late fee of INR 500, INR 2000, and INR 5000 on the respective last dates if they fail to submit the application form before the last date to submit without a late fee.

AP EDCET 2025 Application Correction

The exam conducting authority will facilitate the AP EDCET application correction window 2025 from May 2025 (tentatively) on the official website and close the window in the same month. Applicants will be able to edit certain details through the AP EDCET application correction facility.

Certain details on the application form can not be changed by the candidates, but they can send an email addressed to the Convener of AP EDCET 2025.
