About IRMASAT
IRMASAT 2023 exam notification will be released soon on the official website by the conducting authorities. IRMA is India's leading college in Rural Management and was established in 1979 at Anand, Gujarat. IRMA provides management training, support, and research facilities for students who are committed to Rural development. Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) Programme at IRMA is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
Candidates have to qualify for the IRMASAT, i.e. the IRMA Social Awareness Test to get admissions into the PGDRM program at IRMA.

IRMASAT 2023 Eligibility
The IRMASAT 2023 eligibility criteria are designed by the IRMA, Anand. Candidates must make sure to fulfill all the eligibility criteria for IRMASAT 2023 before proceeding to the IRMASAT 2023 application form. Applicants must go through the IRMASAT 2023 eligibility criteria listed below for appearing in the entrance exam. Aspirants who meet the following criteria are only eligible to apply for admission.
Qualification: Candidates who have graduated from any of the disciplines, with an education of a minimum of 15 years i.e., 10+2+3 sequence, and have scored an aggregate mark of 50% or more are eligible to apply for IRMASAT 2023. Those candidates who belong to SC/ST/PwD must have scored an aggregate mark of at least 45% or more in their graduation or bachelor's degree.
Final Year: Candidates who are pursuing the final year of their graduation degree can also apply for IRMASAT but they must complete all the requirements of graduation before 1st July 2023.
Exam: Candidates must have written either CAT 2023 or XAT 2023 exam.
NRI: NRI or NRI sponsored candidates or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) should have written GRE or GMAT or CAT 2023 or XAT 2023 and must have an eligible score.
Minimum Score for merit-based calls: Candidates must have scored 85 percentile or above in CAT or XAT, only those candidates are allowed to write IRMASAT after which the group activity (GA) and Personal Interview (PI) is conducted. Candidates will get to know this information through their admit cards. This is on the basis of merit.
Minimum Score for Profile cum merit-based calls: The minimum score based on profile selection is 80 percentile in CAT or XAT exam. Profile-based selection is based on three criteria that are explained below.
- Excellence: Graduation from top universities or colleges
- Work Experience: Candidates with work experience from these sectors would be preferred: Social Impact, Community Development, Livelihoods, Policy and Advocacy, Agriculture, and Allied sectors.
- Graduation: Aspirants graduated in any of the fields like Social sciences, Development studies, Agriculture and Allied
sciences will have better chances of selection.
Age limit: There is no age limit to apply for the IRMASAT exam.

IRMASAT 2023 Exam Pattern
Every aspirant should know about the IRMASAT 2023 exam pattern before he/she appears for the exam because the level of the examination is high. Candidates should be aware of details regarding the question paper pattern, marking scheme, and time duration before the exam. This would help them in scoring good marks and would help them to stand out in the examination.
IRMASAT 2023 Questions: IRMASAT 2023 exam is a computer-based test (online) carrying 40 objective type Multiple Choice Questions. Out of this, there will be 28 paragraph-based questions, 3 paragraph-based fill-in-the-blank questions, and 9 stand-alone questions.
Time Duration and Marking Scheme: Candidates will get 80 minutes to complete IRMASAT 2023 exam. For every correct response, candidates are awarded by 1 and for every incorrect response, 1/4th mark is deducted. Each question is provided with 5 options.
Many questions asked in the exam are half the amount of time given which is an advantage for a candidate to score more marks and to answer carefully to avoid negative marking.
Admissions for PGDM: No test is conducted for Executive PGDM. The admission for eligible candidates into Executive PGDM is based on GD and PI rounds only.

How to Apply for IRMASAT 2023 Exam?
Candidates willing to apply for the IRMASAT 2023 can register themselves through the online mode. Candidates who have scored well (above 85 percentile) in CAT or XAT are shortlisted, and the shortlisted candidates are then called upon for the IRMASAT 2023 exam, and also for the Group Activity (GA) and Personal Interview (PI) on the same day, the date for which is released by IRMA as a PDF file on IRMA's official website.

IRMASAT 2023 Application Form
The application form for PGDM and Executive PGDM is different in IRMASAT 2023. Candidates can fill up the IRMASAT 2023 application form through the official website of IRMA, which was available from the last week of September 2020. Follow the steps given below to successfully download IRMASAT application form 2023.
- Step 1: Candidates have to enter their details such as name, DOB, contact information, academic details, contact details and their choice of course, etc in IRMASAT 2023 application form.
- Step 2: Candidates can register for IRMASAT 2023 by paying IRMASAT 2023 application form fees of INR 1500/- for General/OBC (non-creamy) and INR 750/- for DAP/SC/ST and INR 2000 for overseas candidates.
And application fee for the Executive PGDM course is INR 2500/- for all candidates.
In the previous years, application fees of candidates who fall in the Below Poverty Line (BPL) are waived off by IRMA.
Payment mode: Candidates can pay IRMA application fee via online digital payments like SBI Challan, ICICI Online payment gateway, Demand Draft (DD) and IMS Learning Centre.

IRMASAT 2023 Admit Card
Candidates appearing for the exam must carry their admit cards to the exam venue on the day of the examination. Given below are details on how to download IRMASAT 2023 Admit Card.
Credentials to Download IRMASAT 2023 Admit Card
To download the admit card, a candidate should enter the registration number and password. Admit card contains details such as registration number, exam centre, examination date, and IRMASAT 2023 exam time, candidates photo, etc.
- Availability: IRMASAT admit card is sent as a hard copy to candidates by IRMA but, if the same is not received by a candidate before the exam date then he/she has to download it from the official website.
- Photograph and Print: Admit card should be taken only as color print out and the photograph pasted along with admit card should be colored photograph and should match with one which is provided in the application form.
- Documents: It is mandatory to carry along an identity card to the examination hall, failing in it, candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
Note: Admit card should be kept safe till the end of the admission process. Falling to comply with any of the above will not be entertained and a candidate is not allowed to the exam hall.

IRMASAT 2023 Exam Centres
IRMA will conduct a Social Awareness Test in 28 cities across India from #from_date to #to_date. Candidates have to enter their choice of test center during the application process. Candidates should check the list of IRMASAT 2023 exam centers before choosing their test city.
IRMASAT 2023 Exam Centres are spread across 19 states in India for the benefit of students all over the country.
Mode: IRMASAT 2023 was conducted online to access a candidate's awareness of social concern issues. Change of exam test centers won't be entertained after the application form is processed.

IRMASAT 2023 Result
Candidates can easily access their results by providing the credentials used at the time of registration. IRMASAT 2023 results are declared on the official website of IRMA after the successful completion of the IRMASAT 2023 exam.
Shortlisted candidates: All those candidates who are shortlisted for IRMASAT 2023 are called for Group Activity (GA) and Personal Interview (PI). IRMASAT Scorecard includes sectional wise performance and overall performance. IRMA results include results of both SAT exam and Group activity & Personal interview.
IRMASAT 2023 answer key: An official answer key is published a few days before the declaration of result.
After results, cut off is released and then another shortlisted PDF is released which indicates students who are eligible for the admission into Post Graduation Diploma in Rural Management Program.
Does IRMA accept XAT score?
IRMA accepts XAT scores and students who clear the percentile set by the institute are eligible to attend the IRMASAT exam along with the further selection rounds like GA and PI.
IRMA also accepts the CAT score for admission. Students are selected for the programme based on merit or on the basis of profile. These details regarding selection are discussed above under the eligibility section.

IRMASAT 2023 Counselling
The admission process for IRMA starts after declaration of results. Candidates are called upon for the counselling based on 2 types of categories:
- Profile-based calls
- Merit-based calls
Profile Based Calls: Applicants who are falling under this category are selected based on the profile, provided they have secured the minimum percentile in either of CAT/XAT exam.
- Excellence in Academics: Candidates who have done their graduation degree from recognized top colleges or universities.
- Working Experience: Candidates who have worked previously for Development Sector, Policy and Advocacy, Agriculture and Allied activities and Livelihood industry.
- Graduation: Candidates who have done their graduation in Agriculture and Allied science, Development, Dairy, and Public policy, Social Sciences.
Merit-based Calls: Candidates who clear the minimum cutoff of 85 percentile and above in CAT or XAT exam are eligible for the IRMASAT exam and the admission process which involves GA and PI rounds.

A: You have to first check IRMASAT Eligibility criteria and see whether you are satisfying all conditions. Then you should have scored 80 or more percentile in CAT 2020 or XAT 2020.
