IUET Application Form 2023: Last Date, Fees, Corrections, Documents Required

IUET application form 2023 will be issued by the Integral University, Lucknow. Aspirants who are willing to participate in IUET exam 2023 and who are looking forward to getting admission in the Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses offered by the University can register for the exam by downloading and filling the IUET application form 2023.

Candidates need to fill the details in the application form correctly. Because the details once filled cannot be altered after it is submitted. Eligible candidates will get their admit card after submission of the application form.

IUET 2023 Application Form Details

Applicants are advised to go through the IUET 2023 application form carefully. The registration for this examination can be done in the online and offline methods. Candidates can apply through the official website of IUET 2023. Candidates have to take a print out of the form from the official website. The exam fee will be INR 1000 for all the candidates.

Payment of the Application Fee

Choose your mode of payment between Debit Card/ Credit Card and Net Banking. Fill in the card number and Pin number while making payment.

  • Debit Card Payment:  Fill in card number and CVV while paying via debit card.
  • Net banking: Fill in the account number and One Time Password (OTP) while doing the payment via Net banking and Click on ‘Pay Now’.
  • Offline payment: Submit the application form along with the Demand Draft via post or by hand, to the following address:

Candidates should take a print out of the payment slip if the payment s made via online. If the payment is made via DD, then a photocopy of the DD should be taken. 

Details to be filled:

  • Candidates have to fill the personal details, communication details, and educational qualification.
  • Applicants should check for the correctness of the details that are filled in the application form.
  • The details in the form cannot be changed if the application form is submitted.

Personal Details:

  • Name (as given in the School Leaving Certificate)
  • Date of birth
  • Parents name
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Age
  • Caste

Communication Details:

  • Phone number
  • e-mail ID
  • Address

Educational Qualifications:

  • Marks obtained in class X
  • Marks scored in class XII
  • Marks secured in Bachelor's/ Master's Degree (if any)
  • Course
  • Stream
  • Name of the institution in which the candidate had previously studied

Documents to upload:

  • Candidates have to upload the scanned copy of the recent colour photograph and the signature in the prescribed size and format.
  • The photograph should be uploaded should not exceed the size of 100 KB and in JPG format.
  • The signature that is to be uploaded should not be more than 50 KB and it should be in JPG format.
  • In case if the candidate submits the application form in offline mode, candidates need to paste a passport size photograph and attach the photocopy of the DD.
