Mahatma Gandhi University is conducting a University Level entrance exam, MGU CAT 2024, to offer admission into 27 postgraduate courses in the university.

MGU CAT 2024 Exam Pattern Highlights
MGU CAT 2024 exam will be conducted in an offline mode as a pen and paper-based test in all exam centers of Kerala and other states. The total time duration for MGU CAT 2024 exam will be of 90 minutes.
There will be 80 multiple choice questions and the remaining questions will be descriptive. For each correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded for the candidate. There is no negative marking for the wrong answer. The candidate has to write MGU CAT 2024 exams for 200 marks. MGU CAT 2024 question paper will be available only in English language.
Note: MGU CAT 2024 test format will be objective type multiple-choice questions, except for those in School of Letters, MA in Malayalam, MA in English, School of Tourism Studies, and School of Indian Legal Thought. For these programs, both multiple-choice questions and descriptive type questions will be asked.
