Situated in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh Rajashri Tandon Open University [UPRTOU] was established in the year 1999. UPRTOU B.Ed. 2023 Application Procedure

UPRTOU B.Ed 2023 application form was available till Jun 29, 2023. For admission, the candidates needed to fill in the online application form for the UPRTOU B.Ed. 2023 Entrance Exam. The form for UPRTOU was available on the official website of the University. The candidates could directly log on to it and register themselves as an applicant for the course. The B.Ed./ B.Ed.SE Entrance Exam Application Form link was embedded on the official page which the candidates could use to apply for the course.

How to Apply for UPRTOU B.Ed 2023 Entrance Exam?

Step 1: Once the candidate visited the application portal, they needed to register their profile by filling in their personal details. These details included fields like Name, Father's name, program applying for, and category. The application consisted of different sections asking for academic records, address proof, contact details, etc.

Step 2: After the candidate details had been recorded, the applicant was required to make the payment for the form. This step confirmed the registration of candidate for the entrance exam. The fee required for the payment of the UPRTOU 2023 is as follows:

UPRTOU B.Ed. 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Before appearing for any exam, candidates needed to be well versed with the eligibility criteria, such that any important events related with eligibility criteria should not be missed out under any circumstances. The criteria for eligibility for the UPRTOU B.Ed. 2023 examination is given below.

The candidate applying for the course of Bachelors in Education for 2023 needed to have:

A graduate degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate in the final mark sheet.
A post-graduate degree with a minimum of 50% of the aggregate score.

The candidates can get admission to B. Ed. course at UPRTOU through the entrance examination conducted annually. There is also a provision for the candidates to get a seat based on the reservation for their category. It is important for them to send in a hard copy of their caste certificate to the exam conducting authority.

The candidates who will clear the entrance test with respect to their categorical cut-offs (Gen/SC/ST) and secure a place on the merit list will be called for the counselling process. Candidates need to pay INR 16000 for admission in the first year at the time of counselling.
