Bihar NEET Eligibility Criteria 2023
If you are interested in applying for Bihar MBBS admission, you should check the guidelines below. To be eligible for admission, candidates must get a minimum qualifying percentile above the NEET cutoff of 2023.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Candidates must be at least 17 years old.
- As of the date of the exam this year, the students' maximum age cannot be greater than 25.
The following domicile categories are available for applicants to the Bihar NEET 2023 programme:
- One whose parent(s) is/are an Indian permanent resident
- Candidates whose parent(s) are in the state of Bihar as refugees
- Candidates whose parents are employed by the Bihar government but do not live there permanently
- the parents of students who work in the states of Bihar and Jharkhand and are eligible for transfers
- Parents of the candidate must be employed by a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of the Government of India
- Candidates who are recruited in Bihar and whose parent(s) work for the UN
- Candidates for the general category must have passed the qualifying test for class 12 with a combined score of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The requirement for SC/ST/OBC candidates, on the other hand, is a minimum qualifying exam score of 40%
- Each applicant must be in good health to apply for Bihar NEET admission in 2023
- To be eligible for admission, candidates must get a minimum qualifying percentile above the NEET cutoff of 2023.
