However, candidates must note that the exam for NEET UG 2025 is scheduled on May 4, 2025. In addition, the NEET Result 2025 will be released on the official website in Jun 14, 2025. The authority will soon release the merit list, cutoff, and toppers name for the NEET UG 2025 exam.

- Step 1: Candidates must click on the NEET rank predictor 2025 tool.
- Step 2: They must enter the basic details like name, mobile number, email ID, & NEET Registration number.
- Step 3: Next, applicants must enter the NEET marks obtained & select the paper type, category, and preferred location.
- Step 4: Candidates need to submit the above details to the 'Predict My Rank' option.
- Step 5: Afterwards, the candidate's estimated rank will be displayed on the screen.

How to Calculate Scores for Using in NEET Rank Predictor?
To predict a candidate's NEET rank, calculate the expected score for Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology with the help of NEET Answer Keys released by the NTA.
- For each correct answer, allot +4 marks.
- For each incorrect answer, allot a -1 mark.
- For unanswered questions, allot 0 marks.
The formula to calculate the NEET 2025 score is as follows:
NEET 2025 Score = Number of Correct Answers - Number of Incorrect Answers

NEET 2025 Cut Off -Expected
To qualify for NEET 2025, the candidates must score more than or equal to the qualifying marks, called the cut-off. NTA has released the cut off based on the difficulty level of the papers, the number of candidates appearing in the exam and the availability of college seats.

NEET 2025 Rank: Tie-Breaking Process
If the ranks of two or more candidates are equal, then the following tie-breaking criteria will be used to resolve the tie.
- Higher marks in Biology: Aspirants securing higher scores/percentile in Biology (Botany and Zoology) will be preferred first for the NEET merit list.
- Higher marks in Chemistry: If the tie still exists, then the higher marks/percentile of the candidate in Chemistry will be considered.
- The number of incorrect answers: If the tie is still unresolved, the candidate with fewer incorrect answers will be allotted a better rank.
NOTE: As per the latest update on NEET 2025, the earlier use of age to break the tie has been cancelled this year.
NEET 2025 Qualifying Marks- Expected
The qualifying marks in NEET 2025 are decided based on percentile, not percentage. The marks to be obtained to qualify for NEET are, in fact, variable; it depends on where the 50th percentile and the 45th percentile for the reservation category end, and the percentile depends on other factors like the number of candidates who appeared in the examination, highest score, the difficulty level of the paper.

NEET 2025 Counselling
MCC offers NEET counselling 2025 for the All India Quota (AIQ) and State Quota, administered by the appropriate state agencies. Candidates must register, put up their preferences for the courses and colleges they are interested in, and pay the counselling cost during the NEET UG counselling session.
