February 19,2025

• MCC has released the provisional seat allotment result of NEET PG 2024 stray vacancy round on mcc.nic.in. Candidates are required to report discrepancies by 5 PM on February 19, 2025, through email. The reporting date for allotted candidates is February 28, 2025. The provisional result is tentative and cannot be challenged legally.

February 18,2025

• NEET MDS 2025 registration begins on February 18, 2025, at 3 PM on natboard.edu.in. All candidates holding a BDS degree and having successfully completed a 12-month internship can apply. Application charges are INR 3,500 for General/OBC and INR 2,500 for SC/ST/PwD. Candidates have to register, enter details, and pay the fee online.

February 15,2025

• The NEET MDS 2025 examination is to be held on April 19, 2025. The online application will open on February 18, 2025, and the application closes on March 10, 2025. The examination was initially fixed for January 13 but was deferred without prior notice, sending aspirants into a tizzy. The official notification will follow soon.

February 13,2025

• MCC has released eligibility for the NEET PG 2024 stray vacancy round on mcc.nic.in. Choice filling from Feb 13-16, seat allotment on Feb 19, and admission/reporting from Feb 20-28. Non-joining candidates will be subject to forfeiture and disqualification.

Overview

The University was established in 1971 as a constituent college of the University of Delhi. It offers a variety of medical and paramedical courses.The University is renowned for its research excellence, ranking 7th nationally based on publications in PubMed indexed journals.

The college admits 170 students annually for the MBBS program and 194 for MD/MS. It also offers PhD programs in the medical faculty, along with paramedical courses like BSc in Medical Technology, Radiography, Nursing and Medical Laboratory in-service training. The faculty are recognized for their contributions to expert groups of organizations like WHO, UNICEF, ICMR, and the World Bank.

UCMS Admission

University College of Medical Sciences [UCMS], Delhi admission 2022-23 are in process. The application form is available in both offline and online mode. Applicants can fill the form in online mode and can collect it from the University as well after paying the application fee. The selection will be based on merit and the scores obtained by the candidate in the NEET UG for undergraduate courses and NEET PG for postgraduate courses.

• UCMS campus includes the Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital (GTB) which acts as a training hospital and has 1000 beds.
• A central library and 17 departmental libraries with a large volume of teaching and learning resources, which support teaching, research and extension programs of the college. There are over 16,000 books and WHO publications, 18,000 volumes of journals, and 400 theses.

UCMS Cutoff

UCMS cutoff 2022 will be released soon. The cutoff is based on the NEET Entrance examination scores. Candidates need to score minimum qualifying marks to apply for further admission process. Admission to various UG and PG courses is based on the college's cutoff criteria and eligibility norms and procedures. Cutoff of NEET UG score is used for admission into various UG courses and cutoff of NEET PG is used for admission to various PG courses.

UCMS Placements

University College of Medical Sciences [UCMS], Delhi placements 2022 are in process. According to UCMS NIRF report 2021, a total of 46 students were placed out of 123 students during UCMS UG (5-year) placements 2020. Further, the median package offered during UCMS Delhi UG (5-year) placements 2021 was INR 12.50 LPA. Apart from this, 89 students were placed out of 142 students during University College of Medical Science PG (3-year) placements 2021. The median package offered during UCMS PG (3-year) placements 2021 was INR 17 LPA.
