- Those candidates whose family income is less than INR 8lakh per annum will be eligible for the EWS quota in NTA NEET
- The family must not own more than 5acers of agricultural land
- The residential flat area should be less than 1000sq.ft, and the residential plot area should be less than 100 (if in a notified municipal sector) square yards to be eligible for the EWS quota
