Telangana NEET Counselling 2024 is organised online by the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Telangana. Students seeking admission to the MBBS, MD, MS, BDS, and MDS courses in government, private, or dental colleges in India must appear for the NEET exam. The National Eligibility and Entrance Test is also known as the NEET.
Since the Telangana state joined the 15% All India Quota Scheme, as of 2018, the Telangana NEET 2024 counselling is conducted for the 85% state quota seats. Telangana NEET Counselling 2024 Process
The candidates can register through the official portal of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Telangana for the Telangana NEET Counselling 2024. So here are some of the steps to follow for the counselling process of Telangana NEET 2024.
1. Registration Process
Candidates who want to be admitted should complete the application form with the necessary academic, personal, and other information on the official website- knruhs.telangana.gov.in. Fill up the application form with the following information:
- Roll Number of NEET 2024
- AIR obtained in NEET 2024
- Mobile Number
- Date Of Birth
2. Publishing Merit List
The authority will release the state merit list for NEET when you are done with filling out the application. The list will be based on the ranking of the candidates, their roll numbers, names, etc.
3. Document Verification
The candidates are now called for document verification as per the state merit rank list and they are required to report to the assigned verification centre with all the required documents.
4. Choice Filling and Locking Process
After verifying your documents successfully, the candidates are advised to fill in their choices of courses and the colleges of their preferences. All the details should be added carefully.
- Candidates can select colleges based on their preferences for admission after creating login credentials
- Following the filling of the choices, candidates will have to lock and submit their final decision based on which they will be offered seats
- Registration and verification fees must be paid
- A non-refundable registration and verification fee must be paid by candidates. You can pay the fee with a debit card, a credit card, or a net banking account
5. Seat Allotments
As the last step, the seats will be allotted to the candidates for the Telangana NEET admission 2024 based on their choices, availability of seats, state merit rank, seat reservations, etc.
- On the official website, the seat allotment result will be announced based on the choices made by the candidates
- Candidates who have successfully submitted the form will be notified of their results
- A candidate can download the seat allotment letter once the seat allotment results have been announced and the college of his choice has been confirmed, and then proceed to the next step by having their documents verified
- A candidate can participate in the next round of Telangana NEET counselling 2024 if they are not satisfied with his allotted seat

Educational Qualifications
Given below are the educational qualification criteria the candidates should be aware of before getting ready for the Telangana NEET counselling 2024.
- Candidates must have completed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or an equivalent exam in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology), Biotechnology, and English
- Candidates for the OC, including those applying for the EWS reservation, must earn at least 50% in science subjects
- Candidates from the BC, SC, or ST groups must get at least 40% in science subjects
- Candidates who are OC PWDs must earn a minimum of 45% in their science subjects

Age Requirements

- Candidates who are under the age of 17 as of December 31, 2022, are ineligible for admission
- Candidates born on or after January 1, 2005, are not permitted to enrol in MBBS or BDS programmes in 2024–2025
